Iron Rust Remover Spray – Application Methodology
Removes iron stains from walls caused by contaminated borehole water. This acid based formula safely digests iron compounds without damaging surfaces.
Safety First
· Wear gloves, eye protection, and a mask.
· Use in well-ventilated areas. Keep away from children and pets.
· Test on a small, hidden area first to ensure colourfastness.
· If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
How to Use
1. Prepare the Surface: Clean the wall of loose dirt or debris. Ensure it's dry.
2. Shake Well: Shake the bottle vigorously before use.
3. Spray & Apply: Hold 150 – 200mm away and spray evenly onto the stained area. Let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes to digest the iron (do not let it dry).
4. Wipe & Rinse: Gently wipe with a damp cloth (if required), then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residue.
5. Dry: Allow the wall to air dry completely. Repeat if needed for heavy stains.
Tips for Best Results
· Works on most painted or sealed walls; avoid unpainted drywall.
· For large areas, work in small sections to prevent drying.
Storage & Disposal
· Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
· Dispose of empty container per local regulations. Do not mix with other cleaners.
